Systems Development Lead

Description

As the Systems Development Lead, you will lead their Systems Development Team in analyzing, developing, and maintaining all our client’s software applications and systems. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our client’s operations.

What you’ll do

• Provide project management oversight for software development projects.
• Ensure code quality through reviews and testing.
• Advise on backup and restoration procedures.
• Maintain documentation standards.
• Conduct software analysis and lifecycle management.
• Deliver technical training and guidance to staff.

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years as a Systems Development Manager or Team Leader.
• Experience in Agile SDLC methodology.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, .NET technologies, and JavaScript Frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Ecosystem and enterprise architectures.
• Expertise in security best practices and cloud architectures.
