With over six years of expertise in recruitment, Emily has established herself as a specialist in the Tech & Product, Engineering and Life Sciences sectors. Her career began in Sydney, Australia, where she first discovered her passion for recruitment. This experience led her back to Ireland, where she played a pivotal role in sourcing talent for greenfield projects within the Pharma & Biotech industry.
Before joining SteppingStones, Emily excelled in an in-house recruitment role for a global Fintech company, where she focused on Crypto & Cybersecurity recruitment across the EMEA region. Her experience encompasses managing both contract and permanent desks, making her a versatile and knowledgeable asset in the recruitment field.
Outside of her professional life, Emily is an avid fitness enthusiast and loves all things gym, yoga and running. She is also a devoted pet owner, planning an exciting move from Ireland to the Cayman Islands with her two beloved cats (& husband).
