Accounts Assistant - Contract

I am excited to share that my team and I here at SteppingStones Recruitment are actively working with multiple highly reputable companies here on-island. Therefore, we are actively sourcing numerous Accounts Assistant professionals on a contracted basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports
  • Assist with month-end closing processes
  • Provide support for the preparation of financial statements
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Immediately available
