Description
Seeking an organized and proactive Administrator to support office operations and business functions
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, diary management and appointments.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in an administrative or office support role
- Basic knowledge of accounting software
- Excellent use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
