Description

Seeking an organized and proactive Administrator to support office operations and business functions

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, diary management and appointments. 
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in an administrative or office support role 
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software
  • Excellent use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
