Emily, originally from the Cayman Islands, is a graduate of the University of Otago in New Zealand. Since joining SteppingStones in November 2025, she has progressed to manage the Professional Contracting Solutions desk, partnering with clients to deliver flexible staffing solutions and connect businesses with high-quality professional talent.
Relationship-driven and commercially minded, Emily brings a personable and strategic approach to recruitment, with a strong focus on building lasting client and candidate relationships.
Outside of work, Emily can usually be found by the ocean, free diving, scuba diving, or out on a boat, and is passionate about the conservation of Cayman’s marine ecosystems.
I would like to start off by saying that it has being an absolute pleasure working with SteppingStones and how lucky I was to have Ms. Luisa on my side through the entire process.
