Company Secretary

Description

They specialize in providing comprehensive support services to a diverse portfolio of client companies, ensuring seamless operations and facilitating effective board meetings.

As a Company Secretary you will play a crucial role in supporting clients and internal teams. 

What you’ll do

  • Draft and finalize meeting agendas for board meetings.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring the availability of key attendees.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive board packs to directors.
  • Draft and finalize board minutes and action items.
  • Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new board support clients.
  • Handle document requirements, including Apostille/Notarial documents and courier coordination.
  • Maintain document tracking systems and logs.
  • Manage internal and client board support meeting calendars.
  • Assist with annual reviews of board support clients.
  • Manage tracking of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) information.
  • Oversee invoicing and Accounts Receivable (AR) collections processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to partners and senior management across all functions.
  • Assist with fee proposals and contribute to marketing efforts.
  • Take an active role in assisting with ad hoc projects as required to support partners and senior management.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Governance or similar
  • Proven experience in board support or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
