Client Relationship Manager - Contract
Description
This contract role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional setting.
What you’ll do
- Oversee the corporate administration from formation to closure in accordance with company policy.
- Train and mentor Client Relationship Officers and Senior Client Relationship Officers.
- Support Assistant Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents as needed.
- Manage special projects, including Beneficial Ownership and Economic Substance projects, as well as Annual Review and closeout projects.
- Ensure all processes are followed by administrators, including correspondence management and document handling.
- Implement company changes based on client instructions or Board/Shareholder resolutions.
- Process relevant filings with the Registrar of Companies and ensure timely updates and certificate requests.
- Maintain communication with clients, intermediaries, and external service providers regarding filing progress.
- Utilize REEFs Cayman Island Monetary Authority’s platform to ensure all regulated entities are in good standing.
- Maintain and update client databases using ViewPoint.
- Issue and reconcile invoices for clients via the online billing portal.
- Collect and verify Know Your Client (KYC) information in collaboration with the Compliance department.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as required by senior management.
- Manage and train a team, conducting monthly check-ins and annual reviews.
What you’ll bring
- 3-4 years of relevant corporate administration experience.
- Understanding of corporate structures, local regulations, and best practices.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and within a team.
- Confident in managing a team and conducting performance reviews.
- Ability to meet annual regulatory deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in CAP, CORIS, ViewPoint, Laserfiche, Adex or SAP billing systems, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience communicating with clients via email and telephone.
