Compliance Administrator
Description
SteppingStones Recruitment is currently recruiting for the temporary position of Compliance Administrator. The role involves reviewing investor AML, Compliance, and FATCA documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include requesting and obtaining required information from clients and investors, liaising with a portfolio of clients, onboarding new clients, and investigating compliance-related queries while mitigating risk. The role also supports the development and monitoring of policies and procedures, AML/Compliance training, and liaison with auditors and regulators.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years’ experience in a similar compliance role
- Strong knowledge of AML/Compliance and FATCA requirements
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Word and Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and overtime when required.
