SteppingStones Recruitment is currently recruiting for a temporary experienced Legal Secretary. The role involves providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Partners and Associates.
  
Responsibilities include document preparation, diary management, liaison with clients and government agencies, billing support, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the legal practice.
  
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional legal secretarial qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a legal secretary role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
