Trust Manager - Private Wealth Services

Description

SteppingStones is delighted to be assisting our client, a global leader in private wealth and fund services, in sourcing a Trust Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities: 

• Guide, support, and manage a team of Trust Officers 
• Liaise with legal team to draft complex trust and corporate documents
• Manage a private client trust portfolio 
• Ensure client services are delivered with a high professional standard and all matters are in compliance with legal requirements 
• Review financial statements and portfolio performance reviews
• Prepare annual billing 

Requirements: 

• University degree in Law, Business, or similar 
• 5+ years of relevant experience 
• STEP qualification 
• Strong knowledge of trust regimes such as Cayman, BVI, and Bahamas 
• Experience managing a team 
• Knowledge of corporate and trust laws
