As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing, enhancing, and managing the corporate administration and compliance framework. Your expertise will ensure that both client entities and the firm adhere to Cayman Islands regulations.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the main point of contact for all governance, risk, and compliance-related matters.
• Develop and maintain procedures, systems, and controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare meeting agendas, distribute meeting packs, attend board and shareholder meetings, and maintain minutes and records.
• Provide corporate administration services, including document preparation and filings with competent authorities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, external lawyers, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide AML training to staff.
• Assist the Managing Director in expanding corporate and compliance service lines.
• Act as AMLCO/MLRO for a portfolio of clients.
• Assist with FATCA and CRS filings.
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes related to operational risk and compliance.

What you’ll bring

• In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations impacting the firm and its entities.
• Working knowledge of CORIS, CAP, and DITC portal.
• Relevant university degree.
• ACAMS qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
