Compliance Officer

Description

SteppingStones Recruitment is currently recruiting for the temporary position of Compliance Officer. The role involves reviewing complex structures and KYC documentation, requesting and obtaining required information from clients and investors, and managing a portfolio of client relationships.
  
Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, investigating compliance-related queries while mitigating risk, and assisting with the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies and procedures. The Compliance Officer will also support AML/Compliance training, liaise with clients, auditors, and regulators, and be responsible for FATCA/CRS reporting and other AML/CTF-related duties.
  
Qualifications

• 4–5 years’ experience in a similar compliance role
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF, FATCA, and CRS requirements
• Excellent MS Office skills, including Word and Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and overtime when required.
