Corporate Administrator

Description

SteppingStones Recruitment is currently recruiting for the temporary position of Corporate Administrator.  The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients and, in most cases, act as the main point of contact.
  
Responsibilities include managing daily correspondence and administrative matters, responding to client and internal team enquiries, and carrying out instructions to ensure the smooth administration of client structures.
  
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in corporate services
  • Sound understanding of the regulatory framework and AML/KYC/CDD requirements.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience using Viewpoint and CORIS is an advantage.
  • ICSA or STEP qualification is desirable.
