On behalf of our client, we are seeking a F&B Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise service and monitor operations.
  • Check in daily to ensure staff are supported in order to provide the best customer experience.
  • Deliver top customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Assist in maintaining the highest level of cleanliness in the front of house.

Qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar environment. 
  • Maintain high standards for work areas and appearance.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
