On behalf of our client, we are seeking a F&B Lead.
Responsibilities
- Supervise service and monitor operations.
- Check in daily to ensure staff are supported in order to provide the best customer experience.
- Deliver top customer service and exceed customer expectations.
- Assist in maintaining the highest level of cleanliness in the front of house.
Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience in a similar environment.
- Maintain high standards for work areas and appearance.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
