HR Coordinator

Description

This pivotal position involves overseeing immigration requirements and providing comprehensive HR support across our client’s company.

What you’ll do

  • Manage immigration requirements and facilitate work permit processes.
  • Conduct a robust recruitment process, including interviews and record-keeping.
  • Administer onboarding, benefits, and the leavers process.
  • Maintain accurate employment records using BambooHR.
  • Assist in policy development and manage scheduled absences.

What you’ll bring

  • Associate degree or relevant qualification in HR or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
  • Expertise in Cayman Islands immigration and employment law.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases is a plus.
  • Professional maturity, results-driven, and people-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
  • Advanced written, listening, and speaking communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
