HR Manager

Description

Our client is looking for an experienced on island HR Manager to lead both the strategic and operational delivery of the Human Resources function within a large, complex organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years’ progressive HR generalist experience
• Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, policy development and organizational change
• Experience managing HR operations and leading teams
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the HR function and develop HR strategy
• Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR policies
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices
• Drive employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives

Salary: Up to CI$100,000 plus excellent benefits.
