Human Resources Officer

SteppingStones Recruitment is currently recruiting for a temporary Human Resources Officer for a six-month assignment. The role involves supporting the HR Manager across recruitment, training, and operational HR functions.
  
The successful candidate will provide general HR support, assist with strategic and operational initiatives, and ensure effective delivery of HR services across the organisation.
  
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or professional HR certification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR environment
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment practices
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
