We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to join an established professional services firm in the Cayman Islands.
This is a great junior opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, helping others, and developing their technical skills in a professional environment.
What your day could look like:
- Help colleagues resolve day-to-day technology issues
- Troubleshoot common hardware and software problems
- Assist with setting up and configuring IT equipment
- Keep technical documentation and system information organised and up to date
- Contribute to internal IT resources and user support guides
- Work with different teams to keep their technology running smoothly
- Get involved in additional IT projects as your experience develops
What will help you stand out:
- A genuine interest in IT and technology
- Previous exposure to IT support or a similar technical environment
- Experience within financial services, legal or professional services would be an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence using your initiative
- Professional and approachable communication skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- An Associate degree, IT certification or other relevant qualification would be an advantage.
