IT Support & Systems Specialist
Description
We are looking for an experienced on island or Caymanian IT professional to assist with the maintenance, support, and improvement of our clients’ technology infrastructure and client environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support across desktop, server, cloud, and network environments
- Troubleshoot escalated issues/ identify long-term solutions
- Deployment/maintenance of business systems and infrastructure
- Perform routine system monitoring, updates, and preventative maintenance
- Support backup, recovery, and cybersecurity initiatives
- Maintain internal technical records/system documentation
- Liaise with external providers and technology partners where necessary
- Ensure systems remain stable, secure, and operating efficiently
- Provide user guidance and technical assistance to staff and clients
Experience with several of the following:
- Microsoft cloud platforms and administration
- Server and virtualization technologies
- Email and collaboration platforms
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Network infrastructure and security appliances
- General business software support
