Junior IT Specialist

Description

We’re looking for a Junior IT Specialist for one of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional looking to build hands-on experience across IT support, business applications, digital solutions and technology projects. 

Responsibilities

• Providing first-line support for business applications and IT systems
• Troubleshooting system, application and user issues
• Supporting Microsoft 365 and other business applications
• Assisting with system testing, upgrades and implementations
• Managing user accounts, permissions and access
• Supporting IT projects and digital/process improvement initiatives
• Assisting with cybersecurity, business continuity and compliance activities

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2 years’ professional IT experience or a recent graduate with internship experience.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365. 
• Troubleshooting experience desirable but not required.
