We are looking for an experienced professional to join SteppingStones Legal, our well-established and highly regarded specialist legal recruitment service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, professional and high-performing team with a strong record of securing placements for on island and overseas candidates with top-tier firms.

The role would suit a qualified legal professional looking for a new challenge on island, or an experienced legal recruiter with a strong understanding of the offshore market.

This is a Cayman-based role which offers flexible working and a rewarding compensation package commensurate with experience. SteppingStones is an IIP Platinum accredited company with decades of experience working in Cayman and proudly supporting our clients, candidates and the wider community.
  
A full job description will follow, but the key requirements are as follows:

• A qualified lawyer (barrister or solicitor) with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience and/or a specialist legal recruiter with extensive full lifecycle legal recruitment experience in Cayman Islands, the UK or offshore
• A strong academic record and relevant legal qualifications
• Demonstrable business development skills and experience, including building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• A proactive self-starter who thrives in a high-pressure target-led environment and is able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
