Process Analyst

Description

SteppingStones Recruitment is currently recruiting for a temporary Process Analyst. The role involves documenting existing procedures, analysing system data to identify gaps, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
  
The successful candidate will assist with process mapping, implementation tracking, KPI monitoring, and project reporting.
  
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role, or 3–5 years’ experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
