Project Manager - Technology

Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage medium to large technology projects. The role requires strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, driving successful software product deliveries while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the lifecycle of medium to large technology projects using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Coordinate project planning, manage project artifacts, and ensure project delivery within the framework.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing status reports.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and escalate as needed to project leads and senior management.
• Conduct project budgeting, variance analysis, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings, including status updates and retrospectives.
• Integrate change management best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, communicating project status, risks, opportunities and managing expectations.
• Conduct project budgeting and variance analysis as required.
• Support the Portfolio Manager and Product Owner in managing expectations for project deliverables,

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field 
• PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
• Change Management Certificate 
• Extensive experience in IT project management, delivering software projects.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure/operations.
• Familiarity with both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
