Project Manager
Description
SteppingStones Recruitment is seeking a temporary experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate a range of operational, infrastructure, and procurement projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while engaging with key internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, including facility upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and procurement initiatives.
- Lead the planning, procurement, and implementation of projects such as security system installations, fire alarm systems, lift installation, and building upgrades required for occupancy certification.
- Coordinate renovation and construction projects, including design oversight and contractor management.
- Oversee system-wide procurement initiatives such as water coolers, fencing, tent replacements, and other operational equipment.
- Support the preparation of business cases, bid packages, and procurement documentation for major projects and contracts.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to manage project risks and resolve issues effectively.
- Provide regular reporting on project progress, performance metrics, and key outcomes.
Requirments
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is preferred.
- 5–7 years’ experience managing complex projects within large or multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, procurement processes, and contractor relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong digital literacy with advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
