SteppingStones Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced temporary Property Manager. The role involves the day-to-day management of residential properties, including operations, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
Responsibilities include overseeing move-ins and move-outs, meeting prospective tenants, coordinating with service providers, and maintaining accurate property and tenant records.
  
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential property management
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
