- Manage a 360-degree recruitment desk with a focus on permanent placements across a variety of industries and roles.
- Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates using effective recruitment and assessment techniques.
- Build and nurture long-term client and candidate relationships.
- Deliver against financial and placement targets through ongoing business development.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the market and trends.
- Promote the SteppingStones Tech brand via marketing and social media initiatives.
- Provide a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
What we’re looking for:
- Individuals who are Caymanian or Married to Caymanian.
- Degree-qualified with at least 2 years of recruitment or sales experience ideally from an Agency setting.
- Be knowledgeable in effective recruitment strategies, have a professional approach to problem solving and an extraordinary ability to build relationships.
- Confident communicator with strong sales skills whilst being proactive, results driven, tenacious and highly organized.
- Tech-savvy with experience using ATS/CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Strong written communication and content creation ability.
