Senior Administrator

Description

SteppingStones Recruitment is currently recruiting for a temporary Senior Administrator. This role supports the smooth running of daily administrative, operational, and financial functions within the organization. Responsibilities include assisting with accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, billing, and payroll support, while ensuring accurate financial records and efficient processes.
  
The position also involves a broad range of administrative duties, including diary and calendar management, coordinating meetings, vendor liaison, data entry, report preparation, document management, and general office administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining organized systems, supporting internal teams, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the office.
  
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2–5 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
