Senior In-house Legal Counsel

Description

We are looking for qualified In-House Legal Counsel with 5+ years’ corporate/commercial legal experience. Previous experience within fintech or regulated financial services is essential, along with hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on regulatory and compliance matters, and supporting cross-border legal issues.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, comfortable advising senior stakeholders and able to balance legal risk with business objectives. Cayman-based candidates are strongly preferred, although suitably qualified candidates willing to relocate to the Cayman Islands will be considered.
