Description

SteppingStones Recruitment is currently recruiting for a temporary Senior Secretary. The role provides secretarial and administrative support across multiple departments.
  
Responsibilities include diary and meeting management, travel coordination, minute-taking, preparation of reports and presentations, and formatting correspondence.
  
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2–5 years’ experience in a similar secretarial role
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and overtime when required.
