Senior Transformation Manager

Description

A leading professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Organisational Change professional to support large-scale transformation initiatives across financial and legal sectors 

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and delivering organisational change strategies for business transformation programmes
  • Assessing change impacts across processes, technology, policies, and ways of working
  • Driving stakeholder engagement and supporting senior leaders through periods of change
  • Designing and delivering communication and adoption plans to ensure successful implementation
  • Partnering with project teams and PMO functions to embed change management into programme delivery
  • Establishing change champion networks and supporting business readiness across global teams
  • Measuring adoption, readiness, and overall change effectiveness, adjusting strategies where required
  • Collaborating with Learning & Development teams to support role-based training initiatives

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will bring significant experience leading complex organisational change within large, matrixed environments, either in-house or from a dedicated transformation/change consulting background.
  • Proven experience working in a dedicated change consulting environment
  • Background in a law firm or banking would be an advantage
