Supply Chain Analyst
Description
SteppingStones Recruitment is seeking a temporary Supply Chain Analyst to support the effective management of raw material supply and inventory across a global network of production facilities. This role focuses on ensuring optimal inventory levels, maintaining strong vendor performance, and supporting efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage raw material inventory and service levels across multiple international production sites.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure purchase orders are delivered on time and in full, maintaining key supply chain KPIs.
- Analyze and manage supply using the MRP system, ensuring accurate planning and timely replenishment of materials.
- Plan and coordinate deliveries, including building full container loads and placing orders for international locations including the US, Canada, France, and Poland.
- Maintain and update material master data and manage vendor quantity contracts in line with established protocols.
- Generate and analyze supply chain reports, including vendor performance, inventory levels, customer claims, and billing data.
- Support the Supply Chain Manager with KPI tracking, data analysis, and reporting to help drive operational performance.
- Participate in regular operational meetings and address exception reports and service risk issues to ensure supply continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in a related field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications – excel, outlook and PowerPoint is essential.
- Prior experience in the food, drink or similar industry is preferred and SAP experience highly desired.
