Role overview:  
An exciting opportunity has just opened for an experienced Technical Architect to lead end-to-end solution design, implementation, and support for our enterprise and SMB clients. You’ll be responsible for crafting technical strategies and delivering high-performance cloud and network solutions using Microsoft 365, Azure, and Fortinet technologies. 

  
Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver cloud and network solutions “from Inception to Delivery” – including planning, testing, and implementation.
• Lead discovery and technical design sessions with customers, producing architecture documents and deployment plans.
• Implement and administer Microsoft 365 enterprise environments, using E5 licensing, with a focus on security and compliance controls. Deploy and manage Microsoft Azure environments, including:
• Azure Resource Groups, Virtual Machines, Networking
• Role-based access control (RBAC), Policies, and Automation
• Working knowledge of Azure certifications (AZ-104 and AZ-305 level competencies).
• Configure and support Fortinet, Cisco and Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless access points (APs), including firmware updates, rule creation, and monitoring.
• Provide Tier 3 technical escalation and support for complex deployments.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical consultants to ensure timely, secure, and cost-effective delivery.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in technical consulting, architecture, or infrastructure engineering roles.
• Relevant certifications (desirable): AZ-104, AZ-305, MS-100, Fortinet NSE 4 or above.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and security (E3/E5).
• Proven knowledge of Azure IaaS/PaaS services, including networking, identity, VMs, storage, and governance.
• Deep understanding of Fortinet network infrastructure: FortiGate, FortiAPs, FortiSwitch – including deployment, configuration, and support.
• Experience designing and supporting secure hybrid environments for enterprise and SMB clients.
