SteppingStones are delighted to have partnered with an established boutique financial services provider in Cayman. They are looking for an experienced Corporate Governance Manager to oversee a portfolio of companies and provide comprehensive assistance on all governance matters.
  
Salary: Up to US$120-140k

Key requirements:

• Chartered Governance Qualification
• 5+ years of experience in a similar Governance/Co-Sec focused role
• Previous experience in an onshore law/accountancy firm would be a huge bonus
