The work includes advising blue-chip clients, start-ups, private equity funds, insurers, financial services institutions and high net worth individuals on a range of contentious matters including shareholder disputes, fraud and asset tracing, merger appraisal litigation, trusts disputes, fund-related litigation, professional liability, crypto assets, insolvency and contentious regulatory matters.
