Construction Manager

Description

A well-established construction firm is looking to hire an experienced Construction Manager for high-end residential projects. 

Duties:

• Develop and oversee comprehensive project budgets
• Prepare cost estimates and lead bid development for new business opportunities.
• Manage on-site operations from project inception through to completion
• Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and tradespeople 
• Coordinate technical documents such as RFIs, drawings, change directives, punch lists, and project closeout paperwork.
• Monitor progress across multiple active sites, providing oversight and proactive troubleshooting to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in residential and commercial builds 
• Previous experience as a Construction Manager  
• Valid OSHA, NEBOSH, COSH or equivalent certification 
• Deep knowledge of construction documentation, including technical drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change management processes.
