SteppingStones Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse on behalf of a well-established private medical clinic in Grand Cayman.

This is an excellent opportunity for a patient-focused nursing professional with strong clinical experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and support daily clinical operations.
• Perform venipuncture, blood collection, and IV cannulation, including the administration and management of IV lines.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Assist with patient check-out, medical billing, and clinical documentation.
• Work closely with physicians and the wider medical team to ensure efficient patient care.

Requirements

• Qualified Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years’ clinical nursing experience.
• Ideally registered and licensed to practise in the Cayman Islands.
• Strong experience in venipuncture, blood collection, and IV line management.
• Proficiency in EHR systems, with knowledge of CPT codes and medical billing procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Professional, reliable, and compassionate, with a patient-centred approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
