Executive Assistant
Description
Applications are invited for the position of Executive Assistant for a period of 3-6 months. The successful candidate will provide high-level, confidential executive and administrative support to ensure the efficiency of operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar, meetings, appointments and official engagements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing materials and meeting documentation.
- Coordinate Board and executive meetings and liaise with government officials, donors, industry partners and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, conferences, official functions and detailed itineraries.
- Maintain confidential executive records and monitor deadlines, action items and follow-up activities.
- Assist with strategic projects and provide confidential administrative support as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in senior administrative roles, supporting senior executives, preferably a CEO, or equivalent executive leaders.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, executive travel, Board coordination and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong judgment, initiative, diplomacy and ability to manage competing priorities.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when required
