Executive Assistant

Description

Applications are invited for the position of Executive Assistant for a period of 3-6 months. The successful candidate will provide high-level, confidential executive and administrative support to ensure the efficiency of operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar, meetings, appointments and official engagements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing materials and meeting documentation.
  • Coordinate Board and executive meetings and liaise with government officials, donors, industry partners and other key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, conferences, official functions and detailed itineraries.
  • Maintain confidential executive records and monitor deadlines, action items and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with strategic projects and provide confidential administrative support as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in senior administrative roles, supporting senior executives, preferably a CEO, or equivalent executive leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, executive travel, Board coordination and senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong judgment, initiative, diplomacy and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when required
