Senior Accountant

Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant, on a temporary basis for a duration of 3-6 moths, to lead financial reporting, analysis, and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee general ledger integrity, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Lead financial reporting, month-end close, and audit preparation
• Review financial transactions, variances, and payroll processes
• Provide technical guidance on GAAP/IFRS standards
• Drive process improvements and support system enhancements
• Mentor and support junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CA (or equivalent) required
• Minimum 7+ years’ progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
• Proven leadership and analytical skills
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems
