Operations & HR Consultant
Emma will be working closely with SteppingStones to support the continued development and enhancement of the firm’s operational and people practices. Drawing on her experience across operations, general management, and human resources, Emma will help strengthen internal systems, streamline processes, and support initiatives that enhance both employee and client experience.
In her role, Emma will provide strategic and hands-on guidance across a broad range of areas including HR operations, process improvement, employee engagement, contractor management, and organisational effectiveness. She will also support the development of scalable outsourced service offerings, helping SteppingStones continue to evolve and deliver exceptional support to both clients and candidates.
Emma has over 30 years’ experience in operations, general management and HR. She is driven to improve the lives of the people she interacts with and is a connector, problem solver, and process improver. She holds a Master of Science in HRM, is SHRM-SCP certified and is an EMCC accredited coach and mentor. Born and raised in Cayman, which is where she lived for most of her life, she now lives in the United States and runs her HR consultancy practice from Cedar Rapids Iowa, with her rescue English Bulldog, Hela, sleeping peacefully beside her for most of the working day. When not supporting her clients Emma enjoys getting her hands in the dirt in her garden and catching up with friends.
