Director - Fund Management

Description

We’re welcoming applications from experienced Funds professionals to serve as a director on the boards of various investment vehicles. This position requires a candidate with strong leadership, attention to detail, and expertise in corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

What you’ll do

• Take on director positions, serving as the primary contact with fund managers, investors, administrators, and service providers.
• Ensure fund compliance with offering documents, contracts, and oversee NAV calculations.
• Collaborate with legal, investment, and administrative teams.
• Review audit plans, financial statements, and chair board meetings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for the client portfolio.
• Act as an active industry participant.
• Design and oversee internal controls.
• Conduct ad hoc contract reviews and provide risk management guidance.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 10 years of hedge fund experience.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant industry regulations.
• Strong Cayman law expertise.
• Previous offshore jurisdiction experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
