Trust Associate Director

Description

Our client, a publicly listed, award-winning provider of fund, corporate, and private client services are seeking a Trust Associate Director to contribute significantly to the division’s success by ensuring the delivery of top-notch professional services to existing and potential clients. 

What you’ll do

  • Manage an extensive and varied portfolio of clients, ensuring the provision of a professional service.
  • Achieve budgetary and performance targets.
  • Analyze divisional performance to inform team strategy, business planning, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in planning and implementing activities aligned with overall strategic aims.
  • Lead client meetings, liaise with professional advisors, and travel when necessary.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, advisers, and intermediaries.
  • Manage and accurately price new business inquiries, actively participating in internal business development meetings.
  • Develop, enhance, and retain the existing client base, providing value-added services.
  • Adhere to Risk & Compliance policies, assess and manage risks associated with client portfolios.
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate the division and wider Group to sustain the unique stakeholder culture.
  • Manage employees, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and Group standards.
