Business Analyst - Real Estate
Description
Seeking a finance-savvy Business Analyst with expertise in automation to enhance financial operations in a real estate finance setting. This role combines financial process knowledge, data analysis skills, and technical proficiency to streamline workflows, support data-driven decisions, and drive continuous improvement through automation and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing financial processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Develop and implement automation solutions using Power Platform tools
- Ensure automation workflows are accurate, auditable, and meet financial compliance standards
- Collaborate with finance teams to understand reporting needs, data gaps, and workflow challenges
- Translate business and finance requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions
- Integrate automation tools with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and other systems
- Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize financial performance and process efficiency
- Document automated processes and workflows for long-term usability and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on automation, data analysis, or process improvement
- Experienec with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Proficient in using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
