Regional IT Support
Description
In this role, you will provide hands-on and remote technical support to end users and infrastructure systems across the region. You will play a key role in troubleshooting, maintaining IT assets, and contributing to technology-driven projects, all while ensuring a high standard of client service and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-user and infrastructure support in both in-person and virtual environments
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, coordinating with regional and global teams as needed
- Participate in local and regional technology projects
- Maintain detailed documentation of support tasks and resolutions in the incident management system
- Provide training and guidance to users on tools and systems as necessary
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role
- Minimum of an Associate Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with IT service management processes and tools
