Regional IT Support

Description

In this role, you will provide hands-on and remote technical support to end users and infrastructure systems across the region. You will play a key role in troubleshooting, maintaining IT assets, and contributing to technology-driven projects, all while ensuring a high standard of client service and professionalism.

Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver end-user and infrastructure support in both in-person and virtual environments
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, coordinating with regional and global teams as needed
  • Participate in local and regional technology projects
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support tasks and resolutions in the incident management system
  • Provide training and guidance to users on tools and systems as necessary

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role
  • Minimum of an Associate Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Familiarity with IT service management processes and tools
