Team Leader

Description

We are looking for an exceptional performer who is passionate about delivering the best candidates to clients, committed to offering a five-star service to candidates seeking a new opportunity, and focused on developing a high-performing team.
  
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of Recruiters to ensure their success in achieving their monthly sales targets
  • Mentoring, and training and development of a team of Recruiters
  • Run a full 360 desk in a dynamic and high paced environment
  • Generate revenue and increase market share by achieving monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the market and any local and global changes and trends that may affect clients needs
  • Identify new and existing client prospects who have hiring needs within the financial services industry

  
Qualifications and experience

  • A Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred, but not essential
  • A minimum of 6-8 years previous agency experience or experience in a targeted sales environment
    Must have exceptional proven client relationship skills
  • Excellent critical thinking, sales and negotiation skills
  • Be perceptive, intuitive, innovative, career orientated and committed
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous sales experience, including tenacity, drive and vigor are absolute requirements
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a high pressured, fast paced environment.
