New recruitment expert joins SteppingStones

Recruitment and training specialists SteppingStones is excited to announce the expansion of its Temp Support Team to include new employee, Ms Chelsea Flynn, who brings her considerable knowledge and experience to the organisation.

Originally from England, Chelsea relocated to Cayman this year from Boston, Massachusetts and is well qualified to further strengthen SteppingStones’ service offering, having obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Leeds. Chelsea has since recruited in a number of industries including IT, engineering and financial services.

Prior to joining the SteppingStones team, Chelsea developed her recruitment experience working for two international recruitment organisations managing a client base which ranged from global multi-nationals to small and medium enterprises. Her expertise spans temporary, temporary-to-hire and permanent recruitment.

SteppingStones Managing Director, Ms Milly Serpell, said she was pleased to welcome a staff member of Chelsea’s calibre to the team.

“We take a considerable amount of time and effort in recruiting new team members who will be a good fit with our staff and clients,” she said. “As the recipient of the 2013 Top Employer Award for small/medium employer, we realize that our team members are our most valuable asset. Chelsea is a strong and dynamic complement to our organisation and we are delighted to have her on board.”

Chelsea will head up the Temp Support Team recruiting both locally and internationally.

“We are already impressed with Chelsea’s energy and enthusiasm. In particular, Chelsea takes pride in her hands-on approach, and in this way our existing Temporary Support staff are in excellent hands, as are any prospective and new arrivals,” Ms Serpell said.
